Terms of Service
Welcome to MK SwimPlayz Aquatic. These Terms of Service serve as a clear agreement between our swimming school and our students or their guardians. By enrolling in our programmes or using our site, you agree to these legal conditions, which are designed to ensure a safe and organised learning environment for every swimmer.
1. Class Arrangement
(a) Each lesson is 45 minutes, conducted weekly.
(b) Group classes are limited to a maximum of 6 students.
(c) Classes are not conducted on Public Holidays and the 5th week of the month, unless otherwise arranged (additional charges may apply).
(d) Trial classes are fully chargeable at the standard rate.
(e) For condominium lessons, participants must comply with their management rules.
(f) Public pool entry fees are to be borne by the participant/parent.
2. Payment Terms
(a) Swim fees are payable in the first week of each month.
(b) Payment methods: Cash, Bank Transfer, PayNow, or PayLah.
(c) Proof of payment (screenshot) is required for digital transfers.
(d) CDC Vouchers and LifeSG credits are not accepted.
(e) All fees are fixed with no hidden charges.
3. Attendance Rules
(a) A minimum of 1 month’s notice is required for planned absence or overseas travel.
(b) Make-up classes are subject to availability.
4. Bad Weather
(a) Weather updates will be provided 45 minutes before class.
(b) Classes will be postponed if PSI reaches 150 and above.
(c) If a lesson is interrupted:

* More than 15 minutes conducted → considered completed
* No replacement class will be provided
5. Condominium Pool Renovation
(a) If the condominium pool is unavailable, classes will be relocated to the nearest public swimming complex.
(b) Public pool entry fees shall be borne by the participant/parent.
(c) Alternatively, participants may opt to pause lessons:

* No fees will be charged during the pause
* Original timeslot is not guaranteed upon resumption
* Resumption is subject to availability

(d) No refunds will be provided under this clause.
6. Termination of Lessons
(a) A minimum of 1 month’s notice is required for termination.
(b) Fees are strictly non-transferable.
7. Refund Policy
No refunds will be provided for failure to comply with the above clauses.
8. Liability Waiver
(a) MK SwimPlayz Aquatic shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss incurred during lessons.
(b) For condominium classes, any damages or claims shall be directed to the assigned coach (independent contractor).
9. Female Students Policy
(a) Physical contact may be required for instructional and safety purposes.
(b) All coaches will maintain professionalism at all times.
10. Agreement
By enrolling in MK SwimPlayz Aquatic programmes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
11. Amendments
MK SwimPlayz Aquatic reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
